Tuition and Fees 2013-2014

2013-2014 FEE AND TUITION INFORMATION

Costs incurred by Holy Cross Lutheran School, including staff salaries, materials, crafts, field trips, student gifts and special events are off-set by enrollment fees, tuition, individual donations, fundraising and the congregation of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.


ENROLLMENT FEE: A non-refundable enrollment fee is due annually at the time of application for enrollment or re-enrollment. This fee is per student and is $125 for the Early Childhood Programs, and $175 for Elementary School (Kdg - grade 7).


TUITION: Tuition is per student and varies dependent upon the program enrolled in. Tuition can be paid according to one of the three tuition schedules below. Please note that an initial payment of 1/10th of the annual tuition is due on 5/1/2013, regardless of the payment schedule chosen. Failure to make the initial tuition payment prior to May 15, 2013 will result in the forfeiting of enrollment. The initial tuition payment is non-refundable after 7/1/2013. The remainder of the tuition balance can be paid in one annual payment, two semester payments, or nine additional installments (installments are through electronic funds transfer only).

Tuition assistance based upon financial need is available. Holy Cross Lutheran School has contracted with an organization called Financial Aid for Student Tuition (FAST) to provide a confidential, objective assessment of financial need.


ADDITIONAL EXPENSES: All Elementary Students will have a school supply list at the start of each school year. In addition, participation in optional programs including Afternoon with the Arts, Sports Programs, and overnight class trips (grades 5-8) will incur additional fees. Participation in PTO fundraisers and Chapel Offerings are also optional.
