 Pastor Sattler has been the Lead Pastor of Holy Cross since March 1992, having served previous parishes in Iowa and Northwest Indiana.
He attended Purdue University  , West Lafayette, Indiana; Concordia Junior College , Ann Arbor, Michigan; Concordia Senior College, Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and received the Masters of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary , St. Louis, MO, in 1979. Pastor Sattler's family includes his wife, Meg, and 4 children.

 Pastor McClean has been the Assistant Pastor of Holy Cross since January 2007, with primary responsibility for our Outreach, Youth and Serve Ministries. He has served previous parishes in Illinois and Indiana. To see Installation Photos CLICK HERE.
He attended Concordia University, River Forest, IL; and received the Masters of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary , St. Louis, MO, in 1986. Pastor McClean's family includes his wife, JoAnne, and 3 children.

 Kent Scheiwe joined our staff in the fall of 2006 as our Faith Life Encourager. His primary role is to assist members in their Faith Life to ensure their growth in faith and the use of their Spiritual Gifts. Kent and his family were charter members of Holy Cross.
His family consists of his wife, Susan, and 4 daughters, Laura Warmke, Hannah, Marta, and Sarah.

 Pastor Elling is our Emeritus Pastor, having previously served congregations in Illinois and New York. He received the Masters of Divinity degree from Concordia Theological Seminary, Springfield, Illinois.
He retired in 1994 and moved to Indianapolis to be near his son and family. He has served part-time at Holy Cross since 1997 helping with the Shepherding Ministry and some record keeping.
Pastor Elling and his wife, Selma, have 3 grown children, Paul, Mark, & David.

 Susan joined our staff in June 2000 responsible for Staff Support and Accounts Payable. She and her husband Jim, are graduates of Purdue University and are the parents of three children. They are also charter members of Holy Cross.
